River City Slam Wheelchair Tennis Tournament
Sportable's 2026 River City Slam Wheelchair Tennis Tournament returns June 4-7, 2026 at Collegiate School's Williams Bollettieri Tennis Center.
The USTA Level 1 / ITF Futures event anticipates top class competition and nationally ranked wheelchair tennis players representing states from coast-to-coast, in both junior and adult divisions (A, B, C, D, and Quad Open).

Be an important part of the action as a volunteer when some of the best wheelchair tennis players in the country return to RVA!
What do I have to do to get involved?!
Whether you are passionate about sports, need community service hours, or are simply looking to be a part of an exciting event, we want you to get in on the action!
Morning, afternoon, and evening shifts are available:
BALL RUNNER - Stationed at the net posts, pick up balls between the net and service line and return the ball back to the server at appropriate time. Standing, bending, lunging, and squatting required. Age 10+
HOSPITALITY VOLUNTEERS - Stationed at Player Lounge to assist setup, service, and breakdown of Lunch & Dinner meals for tournament players and guests.

Entry Fees
Entry Fee Letter Players (Level 1 / ITF): $100-$150
Entry Fee for Junior Players (Level 4): $50
No charge for coaches, guests, and spectators
**Entry fee does not include hotel accommodations**
Scholarships
Limited funding is available for player scholarships. Priority will be reserved for those who need financial assistance to attend our tournament. The scholarship deadline is May 1, 2026.
Player Hotel
River City Slam has partnered with 288 Travel and Richmond Region Tourism to secure ADA/accessible rooms at two hotels, all conveniently located less than 5 miles from the tournament site.
Entry Deadlines
USTA Registration Closes May 27, 2026, at 5:59 pm EDT.
Food
Lunch and dinner will be provided for players on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday. Lunch will be provided on Sunday.

Transportation
