Fitness

Join us in our various Fitness classes to improve strength, stability, posture, and overall fitness.

We will work on upper body strength, core strength and stability, and cardio health and endurance using resistance bands, weighted balls, dumbbells, battling ropes, and other appropriate equipment for the individual.

Who Can Play

Open to anyone aged 18+ who has a physical disability or visual impairment and can follow age appropriate instruction. Sportable Membership NOT required.
