Athlete Ambassador Agreement Sportable Athlete Ambassador AgreementSportable Athlete Ambassadors will advise and collaborate with Sportable staff to guide organizational decision-making through athlete experiences; serve as leaders in our athlete community to enhance communication between the Sportable staff and the athletes we serve; and advocate for Sportable in the community by assisting with outreach presentations and recruitment of new athletes. A stipend of $45 will be provided for each engagement (presentation, community event, etc). Submission of a W9 form is required to receive payment. The ambassador shall be an independent contractor during the period of performance under this Agreement and not an employee or agent of Sportable. As an independent contractor, the presenter shall be responsible for the payment of any taxes due on any monies received. This Agreement shall be governed, interpreted and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia.
