Virginia Adaptive Sports Festival Vendor Registration

Join Sportable at the Virginia Adaptive Sports Festival on Saturday, October 19, 2024, 10am-2pm, at the Henrico Sports & Events Center!  The FREE event is the East Coast’s largest exposition of sports and recreational opportunities for people of all ages with disabilities –  1,000 attendees are expected!

The accessible and inclusive experience day will provide the opportunity to try sports equipment adapted for individuals of all ages with limited mobility and physical disabilities as well as exhibition games, demonstrations, and skills clinics.

This will be a great opportunity for your organization to provide valuable resources to individuals of all ages with disabilities, family members, friends, and care partners.  Vendors will be provided with a 10×10’ space and will be encouraged to connect with attendees through interactive games, giveaways, flyers, and more!
