Sportable Volunteer Embarks on Cross-Country Ride

Sportable is proud to be named the beneficiary of the Kon-Tiki Challenge, a 4,500-mile, coast to coast, bikepacking adventure from Washington to Maine. Sportable Cycling volunteer Dan Schmitt will embark on the solo, unsupported ride on May 21 with a goal to raise $100,000 to benefit Sportable’s mission of making sports accessible and inclusive in RVA. Sportable is proud to announce the return of the River City Classic presented by the Paralyzed Veterans of America Mid-Atlantic Chapter March 12-13, 2022. Hosted by the Sportable Rim Riders, the adult wheelchair basketball tournament will feature a dozen Division II and Division III teams from across the east coast at RockIt Sports in Richmond, VA.
